JAMES L. WILLIAMS, a human resources consultant and training specialist, has over three decades of experience as a consultant, manager and business owner.

Mr. Williams specialize in:

As a trainer, Mr. Williams has conducted workshops in over forty-eight cities in twenty-seven states, and seven foreign countries. He has worked with United Nations Peace Keepers, business owners, doctors, nurses, managers, line staff, administrators, educators, and students. Mr. Williams currently teaches one basic course (in collaborative negotiation and mediation) and three advance courses (two in conflict resolution and one in diversity) at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Mr. Williams has coordinated business management and industry training programs for the New York City Board of Education, Office of Occupational and Career Education; the Institute for Entrepreneur Education; the Workshop in Business Opportunities; and the New York State Department of Economic Development, Minority and Women’s Business Division. He has also written three training manuals on economic literacy for the Organization for a New Equality’s National Economic Literacy Program in Boston, Massachusetts.
