PABLO RESTREPO SAENZ is
an experienced consultant and trainer in negotiation, mediation and conflict
resolution
with international experience both in the private and public sectors.
At present Mr. Restrepo is the Director of Tandem Negotiation and Conflict
Resolution, a private consulting firm based in Colombia, and an Associate
Consultant for Coleman & Raider International. He has been, since
1996, an associate trainer for ICCCR, Teachers College at Columbia University,
for a contract with the United Nations.
Mr. Restrepo has been working in the field since 1990, he has trained and
consulted for hundreds of corporations and organizations. He is also an
associate undergraduate and graduate professor at Universidad de los Andes
in Colombia.
He has experience consulting, coaching, negotiating and mediating social,
public, organizational and intra organizational conflicts, he has also
worked extensively in cross border deals.
Some of his clients include corporations and organizations like:

United Nations, ING Barings, Northen Telecom, Sky, Shell, BP, Mohave
and Kelt (International);
- Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Communication,
National Parks of Colombia, Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and

and the Mayor of the City of Bogotá (Public Sector in Colombia);
- Grupo
Aval (Largest Financial Group), TVCable (Largest Cable Network), Asocolflores
(Sindicate of Flower Growers), RTI Telvision (Broacastin
Company); ETB (Bogota´s Telephone Company), the Stock Market
of Bogota, and Tecnoquímicas (Largest Colombian Pharmaceutical
Company) (Private Sector in Colombia).
Mr. Restrepo has lived in France and the United States, while he was getting his B.S. and B.A. at Columbia University and Depauw University respectively, and has an MBA from Universidad de los Andes. His mother tongue is Spanish and is fluent in English and French.
