LORETTA RAIDER is an Organization Development consultant and trainer who works with organizations to develop and implement effective strategies to help them achieve their goals and preferred future. With more than 20 years experience, Loretta has provided a wide-range of expertise to all levels within an organization, in both the public and private sector. She has earned both a national and international reputation with clients of varied size and scope, ranging from financial services, pharmaceuticals and technology to academia, government and non-profit agencies.

Working in close partnership with clients, Loretta designs, presents and customizes programs in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, team building, competency development and assessment and conflict resolution. She is also uniquely qualified to work with large groups in long-term planning and organizational redesign, including future search and open space conferences.

Loretta employs a variety of methodologies, theories and experience to help clients increase their capability and productivity. She then customizes individual programs using participative group process work, consultation, data gathering and feedback. Her work helps organizations build integrated change strategies to increase their business focus, enhance working relationships and develop leadership competencies, while taking into account the ever-present aspects of technical, business and human change.

Loretta’s experience with the United Nations in collaborative negotiation skills yielded her international acclaim. She brings a special knowledge of group dynamics and organizational behavior to her work that enables transformative change within a multicultural environment.

In addition, she has provided training and consulting services to such organizations as NASA, CIGNA, University of Pennsylvania, Astra Pharmaceuticals, UGI AmeriGas, BroadBand Technologies, Prudential, Intracorp, Time Inc., and Advanta Corporation.

Loretta has a M.Ed. in Group Process and Organization Behavior from Temple University. She is also an adjunct faculty member of the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University. She is Chair of the Philadelphia Region Organization Development Network. Other professional affiliations include Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Group and SearchNet and is certified in Benchmarks from the Center for Creative Leadership.
