ANNE GARDON specializes
in organization development in the not-for-profit sector. Her practice
is informed by 20 years of
experience
working as an internal and external consultant in the fields of health
care, business and human services. Her client work focuses on assisting
boards of directors, executives and staff in clarifying their purpose
and the effectiveness and vitality of collective efforts.
Anne's client list is notable for the diversity of organizations she
has worked with from the Ford Foundation to grassroots community organizers.
Anne speaks Spanish and has consulted to organizations in Mexico where
she recently spent a year.
Anne is a faculty advisor at the Institute for Nonprofit Management of
Columbia University School of Business, and a member of the editorial
review board of the OD Practitioner, published by the national association
of organization development professionals. She has a Master's degree
in Social Work from California State University at San Francisco.
