ROBERT M. ANDERSON is an independent consultant with 20 years of experience in the field of communication and human resource development. He has conducted management and communications training seminars in 30 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He has been affiliated with Coleman-Raider International since 1991.

He works regularly in Hong Kong, New York and Tokyo. His client list includes: Citibank, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter., Nissho Iwai Corporation, The New York Times, Time Inc. and the United Nations.

Before starting his work as an independent consultant, Dr. Anderson was employed as a training manager at Salomon Brothers, the National Puerto Rican Forum and The Executive Technique, a communications consulting firm.

His academic credentials include an Ed.D. in adult education from Teachers College, Columbia University, an M.A. in Spanish from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Spanish from Oberlin College. He has conducted seminars in French, Portuguese and Spanish.
